You can book now with complete confidence knowing that once you have paid a deposit we will not increase the price of your holiday. This guarantee applies to our fully inclusive group tour prices only and does not include, airline fuel surcharges or tipping.

We do not add surcharges to your holiday price once you have paid your deposit, even if it ends up costing us more. While we reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time, once you have paid the deposit for your tour, the price is protected (excludes airline fuel surcharge and tipping).

Dedicated National Escorts

At the heart of Wendy Wu Tours is our team of experienced and dedicated National Escorts and Local Guides. The most common feedback we receive from returning passengers is praise for the caring, efficient and passionate nature of our guides who provide valuable insight into the local history, customs and culture. All our group tours (of 10 or over) are accompanied in Asia by a National Escort. It is in this way that our customers receive the very best of care and return with unrivalled experiences.

With many years’ experience in sending passengers to Asia, we are attuned with the types of hotels and locations our customers expect in order to enhance their holiday experience. Utilising good quality ‘medium range’ properties on our Classic and Discovery Tours that can vary from a smart business hotel in one city to a family run guest house in a smaller town, we can ensure that no matter where you are staying, a comfortable night’s rest is had.

We inspect our hotels regularly under our ‘We Care’ initiative to ensure that they reach and maintain our high standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort.

Preferred Airlines

Return international economy flights are included as part of our All Fully Inclusive Classic Tours, Discovery Tours and Deluxe Tours. The airlines offered have the finest reputations for service and reliability on their international and domestic routes. Wendy Wu Tours works closely with our preferred airlines to ensure you travel to and from your destination conveniently and in comfort.

We Love Solo Travellers

Our group tours are a great opportunity to share your experiences with like-minded people. We welcome plenty of solo travellers on our tours, and receive great feedback from them about the friendly and sociable atmosphere of our groups. Even better if you are a single traveller, book outside 60 days before departure and are willing to share a room, you won’t  have to pay a single supplement.

Tipping made easy

Tipping is a firm and expected element in the tourism industry. A nominated tipping amount is included in all group tour pricing. Tipping is not collected in your final payment received by Wendy Wu Tours, but is paid to the National Escort who then distributes it to your guides and drivers on your behalf.
